Goatrain – A Bold New Beat for a UK Music Agency

Goatrain is a UK-based music talent agency that trains, manages, and empowers rising artistes under the banner: “Empowering Creativity Through Music.” They came to me with a logo that wasn’t hitting the right notes, a literal goat head that felt dated, dull, and impossible to use consistently across merch or branding touchpoints. I knew the brand needed to pop, feel fresh, and strike a chord with a young, music-loving audience. So I introduced a vibrant red color palette, a clean new wordmark, and a reimagined logo based on the letter ‘G’ with a stylized smile built in to represent joy, energy, and connection.

From the logo’s curved smile to the vibrant red that radiates passion and power, every detail was intentional. The new identity speaks directly to young, creative minds and positions Goatrain as a modern agency that supports and celebrates its artists. The bold red works beautifully across t-shirts, social posts, and branding materials.

I delivered a full brand identity system including a scalable logo, a wordmark, visual direction, mockups, and a responsive website design and development. The Goatrain team has fully embraced the new direction, and the agency continues to grow with its visual presence now as powerful as its mission.
